It's totally at my house dude!! Tongue

I have ridiculous yard space, a garage, and a shed.  I'm not sure if we're using the buildings yet.  We are also looking to set stuff up. With it being close to halloween, we're able to buy haunted house props.

If we get up to 15 or so PCs, would we still be able to run it there or would we need to run it at the location in Knightstown?

Also, his house is in Greenfield, which is just east of Indianapolis.  It's probably twenty minutes from my house, and my house is in Indy proper.

I'm not sure where a lot of our equipment is.  Once I get an update on its status, I'll have a better idea of what we need.

Sounds epic, planning on making it ATM. I unfortunately don't have any shade-providing-equipment / tablemancer skills, but are there any other wants/needs? Looking forward to it!

If it's in Indianapolis proper, it's a 3 hour drive, but that's seriously better than the 5 or so for other campsites. Dunno what I'd be doing (and I'd have to confirm it with the G/F) but this could be very interesting.

Can we get the name of the campsite, or maybe a little more info about that? I'll be honest, that would definitely affect my decision.

I know it'll probably be a little cooler a month from now, but if we don't have any buildings, everybody should keep sunscreen in mind...

Hopefully either we can get a big tent or somebody could bring one as a rest area.  I'd really like one of those open-sided canopy tents, but we'll have to wait and see.

What Aaron said.  We want at least five players.  If we have more than ten players, we'll probably have to move to the secondary location, which (I think) means we'll have even less use of buildings.

If the people who voted yes attend, we have already met our requirement.

Are you going to require a minimum number of players before deciding whether or not to run the event?

I'll do my best to answer the most likely questions people have.  Some of these may change (food, for example), but I'll post here if they do.

In-Game Setting An encampment in the desert, to the east of the Rusty Teakettle (on the other side of the forest).
Hooks There will be a few in-game hooks within the next week and there should be at least 5 public hooks before the event.
Resets There will be one limited reset.  We'll allow it to be taken between 2 PM and 6 PM.
Gameplay Expect plot-lines to advance, but not enough that people that miss the event will be suddenly out of the loop. A small (<10) number of mod cards will be out.  A lot of the things to do will be available the whole day, though some things will be time dependent.  Crunchies will go out as they're available.
Armor and Costuming Dependent on weather reports, we'll announce ahead of time whether we're using Summer Armor rules.  If we do, we won't require you to bring your suit unless we haven't seen it before.  We will, however, require you to be in costume to get your armor points.
NPCs NPCs will receive rewards (aside from blankets) as though this were a two day event.  We will be using a grab bag for the first time and will be allowing NPC points to be redeemed.  NPC Rewards will thus be: 100 goblins, 1 blanket, 2 NPC Points, 4 Grab Bag draws.
Out of Game Location This depends on how many players we have.  We will either be renting a small park-like area or will be using an open field / garage.  Either way, we're low on buildings.  We'll have enough chairs for everyone, but we might not have enough tables.  If any table-mancers are reading this, we could use your help!  Wink
Food and Drinks Water and possibly gatorade coolers should be constantly available.  Water is not poisonable (sorry, rogues).  A-la-carte options will be limited to items that don't require preparation and the selection will depend on the preferences of the people in attendance.  If nobody makes any suggestions, we'll have snack cakes, fruit, and make-your-own sandwiches.
Meals Lunch and dinner.  We assume you'll be eating a small breakfast prior to the game, so lunch will probably be between noon and 1 PM.  Dinner will probably be around 7 PM.  Feel free to PM me with suggestions for the meals, as we haven't made decisions yet.  Dinner may be catered.
Pre-registration Pre-registration is mandatory, pre-paying is not. Pre-paying is appreciated, though, as it'll let us buy more things ahead of time for the event.  Pre-registration will be via PM (to me) or via email (Corey.Kump@gmail.com) and closes September 20 at 8 AM.  Send me your out of game name and your character's name.  If you're from out of chapter, please send me your build total by the 20th at 8 AM and either send me a character sheet by the 22nd or bring two character sheets to the event.
Goblin Production Send this by September 20 at 8 AM.
Production We may not have the resources to do production on site.  If you send me a list of what you want by the 20th at 8AM, I'll have it ready for you at the event.
