NERO Indiana Event Teaser

Two humans stand flanked by two owlbears as a group of adventurers sneaks up behind them.  When the adventurers are but ten feet away, the group turns in unison, their eyes alight.  In just a few moments, the ground around the adventurers is being ripped apart by the bony fingers of recently raised undead.

Two orcs kneel, groveling before a large, yellow skinned figure.  "What do you mean, you lost at Orc Ball?  What are you, humans?"

"They cheat!  They cheat!"

"If they cheated, then you must make them pay..."

Five figures walk cautiously through the swamp, looking about for more hags or mud-beasts.  All of a sudden, one of the five is missing - as though he were swallowed up by the swamp itself!

A ship speeds forward through the water so quickly that every crewman feels nauseous, but still, the colossal beast pursues it - getting closer every seconds.

A robed man laughs , seeing a poster in his likeness.  "I see that the guards have realized that they will never capture me, after all.  Still, I would hope they'd offer the adventurers more of an incentive than that...  It is such a bore to only torture the younger adventurers... and 'twould be such a waste to use my newest scroll on them, as well..."
